How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Managing your subscription and stopping renewals

You can cancel your Folkscape subscription at any time.
To cancel:
Log in at www.Folkscape.live.
Login using your username and password, or Facebook
Select Account at bottom right of page.
- Choose Cancel Subscription.
Your access will continue until the end of the paid period. If you accidentally miss the renewal date, contact us and we can review your refund request.
If the Log In button is missing completely
If you cannot see the Log In button at all, it usually means you are already logged in.
The quickest way to check is simple. Look for the Account button in the bottom right corner of the screen. If it is there, you are already signed in and ready to go.
