How Do I Redeem My Folkscape Live Voucher

If you have been gifted a voucher and want to redeem it on Folkscape, follow these steps:
Step 1
Open the content page on Folkscape where you want to use your voucher. The front page will always have a locked video asset. You are looking for a Buy Ticket button. Click it
Step 2
If you are not already signed in, log into your account or create one. The voucher is usually tied to the email address you used when you received it.
Step 3
When you reach the paywall or purchase screen for the content or subscription, look for the voucher or promo code field.
Step 4
Enter your voucher code exactly as shown in the voucher email. Voucher codes are case-sensitive, so make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
Step 5
After entering the code, confirm or apply it. If the code is valid, the price should update to reflect any free access or discount. With a X-month voucher you should see the access applied for that period.
Step 6
Complete any required steps (such as clicking confirm or continue) to activate your access. You should then be able to watch or use the content as per the voucher terms.
